Our main objective from our philosophy of Las Cuatro TTTT is to motivate the new generations to believe in themselves and give the best of themselves, to achieve personal success, and the satisfaction of fighting for their illusions.
We have based ourselves on four key pillars: talent, work, tenacity and team, to be able to give and achieve our personal best and thus achieve our family and professional goals.
In our case, team sports, basketball, and our academic career, have taught us to work hard, to face daily challenges and to fight against the adversities we have faced, each one of us, to be prepared for failure and to move forward no matter what. And in all of this, teamwork has been a fundamental key. This is how we have managed to move forward together as a family and today, we thank our parents for that.
We want to share this philosophy with the new generations in which we find ourselves and tell them that it is not necessary to be an elite athlete to learn the important values that sport (basketball) and family have taught us. Learning to work and fight for our small daily goals is what has brought us to where we are today.

«We are a caring family. When I was 15, I told my father that I wanted to go to countries where we could contribute what they had taught us, their values, and help children in need. I convinced my father and we went for the whole month of his holidays to the Dominican Republic and Haiti. We set out to help and live with families in the third world. It was an amazing experience, we received much more than we gave. When we returned, I suggested that the following summer we go to Africa to teach the children how to play basketball and to share what I had learnt. So it was, both my mother and father did not hesitate and father and son went to Madagascar. During this trip, we held basketball camps, lived with the people and fed many children.
When we came back from this trip, I told my father seriously: “When I grow up and set up my company, because I want to be an entrepreneur, I will donate part of the profits to help children who have no resources and need education to get what we have been able to enjoy and have”.
My little sister also wanted to come, but she didn’t have the opportunity I had. Today, the three of us are committed to this project. Now we can contribute by being responsible and in solidarity with those who need it most. We created our own logo, Pove Basket Solidarios, and now it is a reality with Las Cuatro TTTT Empresa Social.»

With our present and future dividends we want to open four lines of Social Responsibility:
We want to collaborate in the defence of the rights and social inclusion of people with disabilities through the Aviva Sports Association.
Give the Las Cuatro TTTT Annual Awards. As one of our slogans says: “A wine born from entrepreneurship to reward entrepreneurs”.
Every year we want to organise awards for young entrepreneurs to recognise the best: the Best Talent, the Best Work Done, the Person with the Most Tenacity, and the Best Team.
To collaborate with grassroots sport, basketball in our city, where we have learnt to strengthen the values that we carry in our backpacks, and to which we owe part of what we become. At present, we already collaborate through my father who has been working altruistically for more than 15 years so that more than 500 kids play and learn values, as we did in his day.
