Production
For our verdejo frizzante we have carefully selected the best verdejo. This wine comes from grapes of the verdejo variety, grown in clay and sandy soils, poor in organic matter but rich in limestone and chalk. These conditions provide an ideal environment for vine cultivation.
The Verdejo we have chosen is complex and offers a wide variety of aromas. There is no dominant aroma, but tropical notes such as pineapple, mango and passion fruit, as well as citrus, stone fruit and herbal notes. These fresh aromas are further enhanced by the needle of the product, without being overpowering.
On the palate, our verdejo frizzante presents a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, making it difficult to be satisfied with just one glass.
This wine is ideal as an appetizer and can be paired with nuts, pâtés, medium mature cheeses and typical tapas of Mediterranean cuisine, such as omelette.
We have opted for an innovative packaging for this product, a 100% recycled and recyclable aluminium can, specially designed to preserve the quality and flavour of our verdejo frizzante wine. The content of one can is equivalent to two glasses.
