GRAN SELECCIÓN RED WINE

Our reference wine. It is the result of the combination of different elaborations, as it comes from the individual vinification of several plots, from which we extract its main characteristics. All this to achieve a great wine, with a lot of complexity and character.

Variety Tinta de Toro

Aging: Ageing: 22 months in French, Hungarian and American oak Bordeaux barrels.

Alcohol: 14,75% vol

Bigarreau cherry red colour, with medium-high robe, and great aromatic complexity, reminiscent of raspberry jam, with slight hints of spices and roasted coffee.

On the palate the freshness of the fruit reappears, in combination with a sweet and expressive tannin, typical of the variety, which gives value and strength to the wine, with a long and very attractive finish.

Vinification in red, with a pre-fermentation maceration of 4 days, with two daily punch-downs during fermentation and one until the end of maceration. Fermentation at low temperature and maceration for 31 days.

A fresh red wine from Toro, with a simple and youthful image, made with grapes from the winery’s youngest vineyards.

Variety: Tinta de Toro

Aging: 6 months in French, Hungarian and American oak Bordeaux barrels

Alcohol: 14,5% vol

Bigarreau cherry red colour, with medium-high robe, and great aromatic complexity, reminiscent of raspberry jam, with slight hints of spices and roasted coffee.
